Notable and imaginative pairing dinners are on the horizon in South Florida; taking a page from the traditional multi-course Wine Dinner book, spirits, beer and sake are now strong contenders for an equally food-fascinating evening. Fairly priced, creative menus and access to the Chefs make this new wave of dinners approachable and appealing to an even wider audience of food and beverage enthusiasts.
